Manufacturing Flow

1.CONCEPT

Hearing based on the inquiries received, then we will consider both ODM and OEM, and propose the ideal formulation and packaging.
2.RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Formulation usually takes from 3 to 4 weeks, but if it is an ODM formula, we can send samples immediately.
3.CHECKING THE CONTENTS

We will improve the formulation until you are satisfied. ODM formulations can also be improved from the original one.

4.DESIGN & PACKAGING

We offer comprehensive proposals for high quality MADE IN JAPAN packaging, and we can also accept your supplied materials (but only if it meets Japanese GMP standards).
5.FINALIZATION

The formula, packaging, and design will be all decided at this point!
6.INVOICE

Calculations based on the finalized specifications.

7.PAYMENT

100% T.T Remittance before starting final production.
8.FILLING & PACKING

Our production team will carefully finalize your product at our domestic factory that has acquired ISO22716.
